In the U.S., kids are more likely to die from gun violence than in other wealthy countries, and guns are now the leading cause of death among young people in the U.S.
Our kids deserve to live without fear of being shot and killed. Team Enough and Change the Ref, along with Area 23 NY, have launched #MyLastWill.
It calls on young people to create their mock “last wills and testaments” in the event of their death by gun violence. By coming together and tagging senators on social media, they are using their voices to demand action to prevent gun violence and make our country safer. Because the tragic reality is that anyone, especially young people, can die of gun violence anywhere, anytime.
